Hi,
After installing VIO 3.0, I created the network part successfully, but when I wanted to launch an instance, I saw that there is no hypervisor detected at Horizon level, Has a procedure to follow in order to add a hypervisor.
1-when i want to restart the nova-compute i have that issue :
