Catalog Application VIA 3.0

HI,

Is there a possibility of benefiting from the new OpenStack MITAKA regarding the part of the application catalog like  https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/App-Catalog on the VIO 3.0 platform, because I Just installed it, but I can not visualize this part of catalog on Dashboard Horizon,

Is there a possibility or a plugin to add to have a Catalog App in VIO 3.0 ??
