Corrupted Fedora 14 install - how do I access the Linux Kernal Parameters?

Good afternoon!

One of our clients recently decided to power of their ESXi 5.1 server via the power button, and since then one of the VM's which is running Fedora 14 developer install hangs when booting. I can't seem to find a way to access the Linux kernal parameters or even a way to edit the Grub.conf to change the boot options. I'm sure its something simple, but can anyone shed any light on the subject?

Any help much appreciated!
