Having issues installing vmware workstation 14 on Fedora 27 kernel version 4.15.17-300.fc27.x86_64

This is a clean install of Fedora 27, with a clean install of vmware workstation 14.1.1-7528167.x86_64.  When I attempt to start the application, I get an error like this:

 

Before you can run VMware, several modules must be compiled and loaded into the running kernel.

 

Kernel Headers 4.15.17-300.fc27.x86_64

 

Kernel headers for version 4.15.17-300.fc27.x86_64 were not found.

If you installed them in a non-default path you can specify the path below.

Otherwise refer to your distribution's documentation for installation instructions and click Refresh to search again in default locations.
