Get uuid.location from guest os

Hi,

Is there any way to get uuid.location (present in .vmx file in host) from Guest OS? Are there any standard VMware tool commands available to do that?

I would like to uniquely identify an instance for licensing purpose using some id and it looks like bios uuid can be duplicated on multiple instances. The location uuid seems to serve purpose.
