Hello,
I have installed CentOS 6.5 (64 bit) on VMware workstation 12 on Windows 10 host machine.
Configured the IPv4 network settings like IP address etc manually.
When trying to access CentOS via putty from Windows 10 getting following message.
Network error : Connection refused.
I go to CentOS and restart network service. Then i am able to login via putty for short duration after that,
putty session gives following error:-
Network error: Connection reset by peer.
Need to restart CentOS network service again.
IPtables service is shutdown and sshd service is running.
Please help resolve this issue.
Don't know if any issue with CentOS, Windows 10 or Vmware workstation network settings.
