vSphere 6.5 - Possible to enforce the use of Content Library for ISO hosting?

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to the concept of the Content Libraries and whilst I'm just running a lab at home, so therefore don't need to use some of the publishing or replication features of the Content Library, I am interested in using it as a local instance/library. One of the use cases that I'm interested is that whilst not only being a 'neater' way to manage my ISOs, it allows for the ease of compute vMotion when VMs have an ISO mounted.

In order to ensure that the Content Library is always used for this purpose, is it possible to restrict the use of the Datastore for ISO content hosting? My query doesn't relate to the datastore permissions specifically, but more so the ability to choose the 'Datastore ISO file' from the CD/DVD Drive drop-down menu when editing the VM settings.

My thanks in advance.
