An error occurred while taking a snapshot: msg.snapshot.error-QUIESCINGERROR.

Hello everyone

I have a vm with CentOS operating system, which is backed up once a week and every time to get backed, the vm is restarts and the error is "An error occurred while taking a snapshot: msg.snapshot.error vm-QUIESCINGERROR" and "An error occurred while saving the snapshot: msg.snapshot.error-QUIESCINGERROR."

any ideas? ..as only I find solutions for windows
