How to replicate vm's using sql Express Dbase

For training purposes, we need to roll out multiple vm's where a SQL Express dbase is installed.

The vm is installed Windows 2012, and there's an application installed on it which uses a SQL Express dbase.

We need 16 instances of this vm-template which can exist next to each-other (dif. ip / hostname / macaddress).

Can we, based upon a script or a profile, replicate this via vcenter?

Any idea what to tweak to get all systems running at the same time?
